Stéphanie Huard has been project director at Ton Consultant for three years. She's the one who orchestrates administration and project management, so every engagement moves forward without a hitch. Her particularity: she comes from an administrative background, but also understands the web very well.

With training and experience as a secretary and assistant, Stéphanie excels at what keeps an agency running: coordination, follow-up, administrative management and project planning. Nothing falls through the cracks, everything is documented, and deadlines are met.

It's this often-invisible role that ensures a smooth client experience: clear answers, projects that move forward, and careful communication from start to finish.

Administration that understands the web

Stéphanie holds an ACS in web design from Collège O'Sullivan. The result: even our administration deeply understands the technical realities of an SEO and website project. She speaks the same language as the production team.

This dual role eliminates wasted time and misunderstandings. When the admin understands the web, coordination between clients and the team becomes far more efficient.

A designer in her own right

Beyond management, Stéphanie is also a designer. She's able to design and build web pages without coding, with a real eye for aesthetics and user experience.

She works notably with Canva, the Adobe suite and Adobe XD to go from an idea to a professional visual — one more asset for delivering polished projects.
